At AGM Corporation, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile accessories and tech gadgets. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery only if the product received is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@agmcorporation.com with your order number and clear images of the product within the specified time period.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, and invoice

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Replacement Policy

We follow a replacement-first policy.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement for the same product, depending on availability.

If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AGM Corporation will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customers must contact our support team before sending the product back.

Refund Process

If a replacement is not available and a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • The refund process may take 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Region

Currently, AGM Corporation delivers products within India only.
